All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or services are rendered. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website.

Prices are displayed in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

For custom framing, photography sessions, and bespoke services, a deposit may be required before work commences. The specific terms will be agreed upon before the project begins.

Custom orders are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please ensure all specifications are correct before confirming your order.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays. Collection from our gallery in Stoke Gabriel is available by appointment.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. For valuable items, we recommend selecting a delivery option with tracking and insurance.

For standard products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Custom-made items, including bespoke framing and commissioned artwork, cannot be returned unless faulty or significantly not as described.

Photography services cannot be refunded after the session has taken place, but we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with the final images.

All artwork, photographs, and designs displayed on our website and produced by River Dart Gallery are the intellectual property of Kirsty & Jason Browning and are protected by UK copyright law.

Purchasing a print or artwork grants you the right to display it for personal use. It does not transfer copyright or allow commercial reproduction.

For photography services, you will receive a license to use the images for personal purposes. Commercial use licenses are available upon request.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability.

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with these terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
