Works on Paper

Works on Paper

Drawings, prints, archive material. Calibrated for archival reproduction or scanning for high-volume runs.

Why this matters for prints

A giclée print can only be as good as the original capture.

Flat work up to A4 goes on our Epson flatbed scanners, which capture detail at resolutions up to 2400 DPI. Larger pieces, textured surfaces, and work behind glass are shot on a professional 45-megapixel camera under colour-correct lighting. We polarise the lights, hold a colour reference in shot, and check the result against the original on a calibrated screen. Then it goes to print on archival giclée — fine art paper, canvas, or other premium media, with colours that last up to 200 years.
