Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device when you visit. They let the site remember things like that you’re signed in, what’s in your cart, and which pages you’ve looked at.

Some cookies are essential — without them the site can’t function. Others are optional and only run if you choose to allow them. You can change your mind at any time using the button below or the “Cookie preferences” link in our footer.

We group cookies into four categories so you can pick exactly what you’re comfortable with.

Always on. These keep the site working — sign-in, shopping cart, checkout, and security tokens. We don’t need your permission for these because without them the site doesn’t function.

Off by default. These help us understand which pages people land on and what they look at, so we can make the site better. We use Google Analytics 4. We also note which link or campaign brought you here, and keep it with your order or enquiry, so we can tell which of our own adverts and posts work. No profiling, no selling data.

Google’s tag uses Consent Mode: it loads for every visitor with storage switched off. Until you turn Analytics on it sets no cookies and sends Google only cookieless signals (such as a page having been viewed), which Google uses to estimate visits in aggregate. Turn Analytics on and it measures normally.

Off by default. These power optional extras like embedded YouTube videos and map tiles. With this category off, those embeds show a placeholder instead.

Off by default. These let us see whether our Google and Facebook adverts led to a visit, an enquiry or a sale. If you arrive from one of our adverts we keep the advert’s click reference with your visit (with Analytics on). With Marketing off, no advertising cookies are set.

Use the “Cookie preferences” link in our footer (or the button further up this page) to open the preferences panel and switch categories on or off. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, then we ask again.

You can also clear cookies from your browser directly. Most browsers let you do this from Settings › Privacy › Clear browsing data.
