Shipping Options
UK Standard Delivery
3-5 working days. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
UK Express Delivery
1-2 working days. For those who need their artwork quickly. Available for orders placed before 2pm.
Gallery Collection
Free collection from our gallery in Stoke Gabriel. We'll notify you when your order is ready to collect.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Contact us for a quote.
Packaging & Handling
We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure your artwork arrives safely:
• Prints: Rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in sturdy tubes
• Mounted Prints: Flat-packed with corner protectors in rigid cardboard boxes
• Framed Artwork: Double-boxed with protective foam and corner protection
• Glass Items: Specially packaged with glass protection stickers and extra padding
All framed pieces over a certain size are hand-delivered by our team within Devon to ensure safe arrival.
Returns Policy
Standard Products
You have the right to return standard products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom Orders
Custom-made items, including bespoke framing, commissioned artwork, and personalized prints, cannot be returned unless faulty or significantly not as described.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us first. We'll provide you with a return address and any necessary instructions. Return postage for non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error with your order.
