Our workshop located on-site is renowned for its exceptional quality and continuous investment in the latest technologies. We meticulously cut, assemble, and detail all of our frames by hand. Our printing techniques and ink and paper selections guarantee the finest quality and durability of our artwork.
OUR PAPER CHOICES
I wanted to share some information about printing options that you might find helpful. For high-quality prints, some artists and photographers opt for giclée editions. These are printed from high-resolution digital images using archival ink and paper stock. One brand that is highly regarded for their fine art papers is Hahnemühle. Their papers come in a variety of textures and colours, resulting in prints with exceptional colour saturation, tonal range, and detail. It's a great way to reproduce images with the utmost care and attention to detail.
CUSTOM FRAMED
At River Dart Gallery, we take pride in delivering the highest quality frames from start to finish. Our six carefully chosen frame styles cater to your personal style, ensuring that you find the perfect match. Once your frame is in the hands of our master framer, Jason, you can rest assured that every detail will be taken care of. His meticulous nature ensures that even the most minor details are given the attention they deserve.

We have divided our images into 4 group sizes. Small, Medium, Large, X-Large Approximate sizes (sizes vary slightly due to camera ratios) Framed Prints may vary depending on frame width
WHAT IS A GICLÉE PRINT?
A Giclée print is an inkjet print. Giclée (pronounced ‘zhee-KLAY’ ), comes from a French verb meaning “to squirt or spray”. Giclée is an advanced printmaking process for creating high-quality fine art reproductions. The Giclée technique for reproducing images provides vibrant colours and enhances the images with a striking sense of depth. Kirsty prints our images at the gallery and she goes over each image personally before it goes down to the workshop.
